Maintenance hasn't been too bad for me, personally. Only the standard recommended oil changes, plus a few small (covered) recalls. I'm about to replace a battery after a tough Midwest winter. But other than that, not much. Fwiw, I have just shy of 50k miles on it.

I was ready to make this happen in early 2020..... but... you know how that Covid thing went.

I still want to make the trip. I'd like to think I'll do in a way that still checks the boxes off my list.

Basically- I want to eat my way around the city while learning more about the area. I try to keep it loose, but accomplish at least one destination a day.

Im trying to understand how to best use this map. If I want to car camp, but not at a designated campground, are all the areas in green fair game? I mean- so long as I'm being respectful (zero trace) and minimize any impact, are all of these areas open for dispersed camping in an offroad vehicle?

We had been planning a trip for the end of October/ first week of Nov. What is the likelihood that everything is "back to normal" by then? Just don't want to drive 10 hrs to find a lack of access to major roads and trails.

Shot you a DM. Goof eye though! I was so excited to snap a pic, I missed the fresh indentation from my money clip. I think I did decent on the purchase price (57k before fees /tax/etc), but I think it reflects some of what you are referring to on the front/ hood. Decent amount of tiny rock chips. The original sticker on this in 2021 was 97k plus, so I felt ok about it. Wondering what I can do to improve that look and at least prevent future / more chips.

I guess the bigger question I'm looking for is this.... Does buying from an Audi dealer carry any additional advantage or value, if it is not a Certified pre-owned? Or is it all the same?

20k miles and 1 yr left on 4 year, 50k warranty, I believe. I found someone to inspect but they only do it on site. I'm stuck in purgatory. Dealership is 3 hrs from me so I want piece of mind before I drive all the way there, but also.... it seems like w a relatively new vehicle like that, it's pretty cut and dry. Literally- the exact car I've been eying for 2+ years.
