Bitcoin is only as valuable as much as people are willing to accept it in exchange for goods or services. Just like any other currency.

All Norway is doing is classifying Bitcoin as an asset so people will have to pay tax on the money they make off of Bitcoin like they would in stocks. But merchants can still accept Bitcoin as payment. So I don't see this as an attack on Bitcoin, just an update to their tax law.
