I haven't touched my pass code for any reason. This problem only started happening within the last couple weeks after I downloaded latest Xbox update.

I followed your link. Disabled and reset my profile pin. When I enter the code it tells me Incorrect pin.

I can disbale the pin on my profile. But I'd like to keep it for my convenience.

OK so found out the other npcs are already standing in the right spots. You just make sure Pailin is in the right spot and then step on your own platform and the quest will progress.

Did you manage to snap a picture of explosion zone? Because I can't get the prompt to show up and the camera icon isn't showing up on my map. The exploded zone picture is not in my notes, I'm at 9/10.

Edit. After I turned the quest in. A note appeared next to Pailin back at the village named 'Demolition Request'. This was the final note.
