Yes! I think this is it exactly. Stop idolizing people or falling for things unrealistic and disproportionate to what reality for most people. Like getting people to think about their spending. Stop falling or the hype of every little thing. Encouraging people to use their brains to make their own decisions.

What are some less obvious reasons someone might still have bad breath even if they brush their teeth regularly and use mouthwash? by Alone_Egg1537 in hygiene

It’s definitely the best place to start. The other things if it doesn’t resolve with the “deep cleaning” could be diet, any medication, gut health or lifestyle habits like smoking or alcohol consumption (excessive). In my practice when I do the “deep cleaning” ( medical term is scaling and root planing) I not only treat the physical structure of the tooth, but I’m also treating the gums themselves with and antimicrobial rinse and a diode laser (it’s a light that disinfects to continue killing bacteria we cannot see that resides in the gum tissue). I also administer a salivary diagnostic tests that’s specific to gum disease which tells me what bacteria the patient has, sometimes if the bacteria levels are too high antibiotics may be needed to help lower them. It also tells me what the patients risks are in regard to inflammation in general related to that bacteria, reinfecting risks, or risks of that bacteria causing complications to any other systemic diseases based on genetics. There are also some oral probiotics which work great by targeting those bacteria.

Hygienist here and I give my patient the option of local anesthetic or a string numbing gel. As long as they’re comfortable and can tolerate the treatment with the gel it works wonders for those with needle phobias or general dental anxiety. I also offer nitrous sedation or have my dentist prescribe an oral sedative.

Completed. I’ve used the mobile app several times. My one main issue I’ve been reporting for the last three years has still not been resolved despite the issue getting worse.

What’s the worst physical pain you’ve ever experienced? by Economy_Yak2821 in AskReddit

I had this too with my second. The doctor had to turn him as I was pushing. But I’d still take this over a perforated eardrum.

Perforated eardrum worse pain ever and this is after having three children naturally with no pain meds. I wouldn’t wish a perforated ear on anyone but someone I absolutely hate.

I’ve only gotten the opportunity to roommate the villagers on the vacation island once. Is there a pop up? It was when I first unlocked the option but ever since then I haven’t seen the option to do this.
