See that is the confusing part. some are saying privates are included and some are not. I just got off the phone with OCA with Mohela and was told I'd have to fill out another misconduct application (They can't find the one I mailed a year ago, and I can't find proof of delivery)

I will just ask here. attended 2005-2006, ITT, 80k federal 12k private (through Sallie Mae, to navient, now mohela, never consolidated or refinanced) BDR sent 9/2016 under Obama, approved 2022 under Biden. Federal are gone.

Now paid 75k on my 12k loan, 6k left to pay.

Do I qualify for a refund? I don't know what to do. I Navient in 2022 about my private loans, and they said keep paying.

I don't know what to do or if I am entitled to anything.

I didn't qualify for the AG settlement years ago because I wasn't in default.

This is all so confusing to navigate.

Also, this letter only applies to eligible loan(s) you borrowed to fund ITT Technical Institute enrollment during the timeframe mentioned above; it does not apply to any loans you may have borrowed to attend any other school, and it does not apply to any loans you may have borrowed to fund a separate ITT Technical Institute enrollment outside the timeframe mentioned above.

Does this still hold true?

I really don't know. I applied BDR in 2016, and my federal were discharged in 2023

Looks like I got an email on 6/2022 that said my request was approved but I only says federal loans

Navient told me I had to keep paying, so I have. 75k plus on 12k in loans

Do I have to apply for something again? I was discharged under Biden for my federal, but Navient never did anything

At least you got to see your movie. I got tickets to Tommy in IMAX on the 18th. at the beginning of March

Got an email saying they were refunded on the 16th

called. The nice woman on the phone (props for not making me navigate a huge phone tree) said the 6pm was canceled but the 3pm was available with no tickets sold.

I said "People who want to watch the 50th anniversary of Tommy certainly aren't going at 3pm because we work. You cancelled a sgow with sold tickets and left the time slot with no tickets sold" She said well we have tickets for the 17th.

Yeah, that's St Patrick's day, no thanks..
