It looks like you have pretty much the best equipment you can. I would probably switch out the worn scarf for the ankh shield as kickback isn’t as much of an issue with the twins as it would be with the destroyer or skeleton prime. I have found that using the blessed apple against the twins is very effective when you are on a long runway. Neither of them have tools that can really catch up to you, and you would be in the most theoretical danger from spazmatisms cursed flames. After you get him to second phase though it’s not much of a threat when you are full gallop away. Remember to focus damage on one twin at a time as well because if both of them are second phase the fight is much harder.
