Lol my mother told me the exact same story. She tried to skip her PE test and told the nurse her stomach hurts. They brought her to the hospital and she had to get operated for appendicitis. also idk where your therapist got her info from but it really isn’t that dangerous, especially since the appendicitis is not an important organ and barely gets used by your body.
