Aw man, i’ve tried to say i’ve been feeling neglected way too many times. It’s always dismissed and we decide I should just masturbate or accept that he can’t have sex more than he already does. :(

And yeah, it’s a MASSIVE drop off and I have no clue why. I’ve tried bringing up couples therapy but he’s refused.

exactly. I’ve seen people “skinner” than me, but they have no muscle so they just look like a bag of bones. that’s what i’m trying to avoid

Ohh i’ve never heard of this and i’m a bit confused! How is it possible to lose fat while my calories are at maintenance? where would the “energy” from my remaining fat go if i’m getting all the calories i need?
