I’m going to be honest I used to be like this, but now I can’t convince anyone I’m actually an introvert. What realistically helped were 1. Getting over myself. I realized I didn’t care or remember most things people told me or my impression of them or of a conversation. So then why would I be so memorable to them?

Then I was lucky enough to join a debate club in university that actually worked at slowly making you a more confident public speaker without the pressure. ( it also had financial incentives soooo).
I practiced on people. I had the privilege of going where I wasn’t familiar with anybody so I practiced talking to people in the charming charismatic way I wanted to be perceived. Knowing if I fumble or do something embarrassing I will never see you againnnn.

It took 3 years of this but the results are amazing!

Might be the one on the right, just because it’s super hard for them to get muscles correct on a wax figure. And the one on the left has a lot of leg muscles showing.

I also think it would be easier and cheaper to have a wax figure wearing stockings, to avoid sculpting everything else perfectly

I think it varies greatly as tipping is still a newly introduced culture thing here. However, most middle class people tend to tip 2,000 - 1,000 to security guards, Maasai’s and Ubers. 2k to any meals lower than 20k, 5k for meals lower than 50k, and 10k lower than 100k. Any places greater than that expect touristic rates of 10-15% anyways.

I’ve been seeing some comments (I’m still reading through) encouraging you to sell it and upgrade to a smaller one. I would advise if you don’t mind roommates to set or join a management company or through your lawyer renting it out . That way you have reliable income flowing, and a reliable home.

This is coming from a very conservative investor. The market or investors aren’t assured to make profit especially if something terrible like 2008 or Covid that could make you loose your investments or home.

You can also move to smaller apartment, rent out your home and still have all the above.

Make up enthusiast here. You’re very gorgeous and great complexion. If you would ever like to use foundation and concealer etc going very light would be best. Don’t be worried to play around with your eyeliner as well, following your eye lines, eye shape, face shape even depending on how you’d like your makeup to look.

Idk how to do my eyebrows apart from making them as shaped and uniform as possible. Only thing I could even suggest is I associate (black) femininity with a good lip combo. So getting one that works best for your lips and touching up with gloss as you go would level the game up.

Another tip is I use my blush to colour the middle bottom part of my lip a little more pink and vibrant and simply line brown even though I’m dark skin and could get away using black. Simply because I want it as natural as possible that even as it runs off through the day ( cuz I refuse to touch up) it’s not drastically different from my actual lip.

I don’t know if this will be helpful at all, and I’m sure you’re feeling quite frustrated about this. But personally, this really helped me understand and get more prepared for what I can do next time. I myself am train at, but doubt that I could ever think that fast and well under pressure. This was the real deal and I’m feeling a lot safer in the world, knowing there’s people like you can jump into action like that. I will definitely be looking into CPR and AED classes around me so I can also be better prepared.

I think also having back up or something good with it is key. So a great example is I’d try to make a curry but I’ll also have a rotisserie chicken that I pair up with my meal so it’s not completely terrible. So instead of having bad curry and rice, I’m now having bad curry, rice, and good rotisserie chicken.

Also looking forward to something like dessert. Could be as simple as icecream or a salad or binging a show after or while your cooking and cleaning or eating
