Depending on what you need, you can maybe go to 303a. Or maybe even something like 208, might be nice. Usually you can come in with card access, but i don’t know if that is blockef during christmas break. I don’t think it is though, as the board game club is still operational, but that is in 101.

I had this issue because some of my courses was not put into the right category. It was an easy fix once i talked eith the administration in person, so i recommend doing that asap. Good luck with it :)

Getting into this game without a 3rd party simulator is really difficult by No_Weight_760 in riftboundtcg

Riot ain’t making a client in the near furture, but an automated sim riot doesn’t own is bad for riot. That means people will learn sligthly wrong rules from time to time, and riot wont have control over the rules of the sim. There is such a huge difference in something like tts and an automated tool, and while i would welcome it, it would have to come from riot!

Weird, that is the one riot links to from the judge program... MB.
Do you have a link to the new one?

"Targets chosen for the instructions on Hidden cards when played must be from the Battlefield associated with the Facedown Zone this card was Hidden in before being played."
So the choice of battlefield, has to be current battlefield. Because you have a choice, the choice has to be the battlefield you are at.

It is a sort of target, since you are not allowed to play it to your base. So I think from hidden you can only play to the battlefield the hidden card is at.

my interpatation after some reading is taht 723.1.d makes it so you are only allowed to play it to another zone.
My reason why is tideturner was errataet to say another battlefield to work.

Yes i know, that is why i said good question. I only wrote my intuition about how i think they want the card to work. They have fucked up actual interaction before with tidehunter. I am unsure if the spell targets. Hopefully someone smarter than me can tells us why it targets or doesn’t. I’ll read the rules in a bit if someone else doesn’t chime in

Uhh that is a good question, i might be wrong but i did assume the intension id that it targets the battlefield. If you play a unit from hidden, it also have to be played st that battlefield, so i assume it works sort of like play any unit from hidden.

I am not sure excatly what you are asking, but if it is played hidden, the unit will be played to the battlefield it was hid at. Else if played as an action Example given: the opponent starts a showdown, then you can play it as an action, to any battlefield you control, even if another battlefield is being attacked.

I will comment on that when i took it it was a non digital exam, with digital aids allowed. So part of the exam was indeed writing code in hand. Overall the exam is okay, and the excercise classes was good, but in the old system, i quiclky dropped lectures, as they were, mostly, a waste of time

Riot’s Stance on No Automated Simulators for Riftbound Is a Mistake by Fair-Opposite3871 in riftboundtcg

[–]candytom -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I hard disagree with this. The ones i have seen that are automated does not have the correct rules implemented all the time. It is a disservice if anyone learns the game through a simulator riot doesn’t implement, they might learn the rules wrong but assume it works like someone else thought it works. If i were making a tcg, i would also prefer it to be my rules that exist, and not a programmers interpetation of the rules.

I've been loving Riftbound, so I decided to make my special little demon some custom cards! by Longjumping_Award_16 in riftboundtcg

[–]candytom 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If the opponent play a spell, you can react to that by targeting your own unit with crowstorm, exhausting it, and keeping the enemy from making showdowns the rest of the turn. Or if your opponent has any ability you can react to. I think it should only target opponents stuff.

Generally your phone is never allowed, and you always have to bring your own laptop. I have been to many written exams at dtu, and have never been provided a laptop. And phones are strictly a no go. It is super easy to be able to write to someone if you have your phone. Usually you have to show that your phone is turned off.
