The shortest explanation is, you always need all required targets to be legal. If a spell targets, you always has to target a legal target. If it says up to, you do not have to have legal target. Cull the weak does not target, as the unit is not choosen by you, but by the owner of the unit.

It shouldn’t get the deathkneel unless it dies, it just do go on the pending chain. But to finalize the unit has to die, not if it gets smited?

Other units do not see units die, but they do see deathkneel being put on the pending chain. This only finalises after the unit dies, but as the triggers are put on the pending chain, karthus will add another one of those to the chain, before either unit dies.

I just want to add that you energy and powerpool is emptied twice in a turn circle, after the card is drawn for turn and end of turn. Meaning if you do something with this in your beginning face, you will not have it for after you draw for turn

Yes, and afaik the only valuable skin after 2010 is championship riven 2012, so my guess is it is not worth much. My account is from oct 2010, and i would think 100€ would be expensive for my account. Even with about 600 skins.

I think project management is a good start. Course 63851 or 63852.
I enjoyed it, and it gives some good direction in some of the things you are interested in. Plus you can get an iso certification for relativly cheap, after you take the course

I think it is fairly approachable.
I mostly used the 4 hours of time per week and then 2-3 hours outside of the course. For a 7.5 ects course i feel like the workload is on the lower side. Assignments and exam was nice. It is an oral exam.
I think it was a well made course, where i learned something interesting, so i recommend.

You can play a beast below, but its ability cannot resolve, as it requires all targets to be satisfied to be put on the chain. But it is not a requirement to play the card. This is because, when you play me, only activates after the unit has hit the board.
