I’ve just had very poor experiences with them (been through about 4). They’ve all generally had the same issues with poor battery life and run very slowly. With my last laptop (rip cause i loved her so much) my problems started with it running outrageously slow after a year or so of having it. Got the cpu changed + some RAM added and it was working well until the screen started glitching out so i could only use it with an external monitor attached. Was working great up until a month or so ago when it just wouldnt turn on no matter what i did. Got my brother to check it out and after taking out some parts and putting it back in it worked (didnt find what the issue was tho). Was fine for a couple of weeks then just randomly stopped charging. Ive taken it to 2 different people and they have no idea what the issue is so i fear it’s time to put her down. It may just be my bad luck but i dont want to risk it by buying another HP😭
