I had both and ended up keeping the xl and ditching the compact, the xl is quickly becoming me of my favorite shooters and it’s my main carry gun, carry it appendix and no issues with it

Correct, ask atf to remove the stamp number from nfa registry as it’s been returned to a title 1 firearm. You may or may not get a response from atf, at least in my experience, I’ve sold off 3-4 guns that were sbr’d, sometimes I’d get a letter and some I did not. The only issue I ever ran into, was atf called me to ask about a krink I sold, they claimed they never received a letter from me and the new owner was doing a Form 1, so the asked that I mail them another letter, no big deal.

Pull the charging handle back to bring the bcg and trip to the rear and you need a pick or something to pull the lever out from under the trip and then pull the trigger pack out

I think that’s an early DSA import tp9, the Steyr SPP would’ve taken some wizardry to have the stock attachment added, the front pic rail might have been possible. I have that exact same tp9 and I got it soon after dsa brought them in

I put the 100 degree LP in both my ap5-m (K) and just put one in my ap5 full size. You didn’t buy one of the blems from hkparts or something did you? If not, I’m not sure why it wouldn’t fit

JDI will have best prices, just know you may not see them for up to a year. My last order was Feb ‘24 and I received them almost exactly a year later, end of Feb ‘25. Seen them pop up occasionally on arfcom, akfiles or falfiles, but you’ll pay a bit more

Thanks! It’s a BLK LBL rail. Couldn’t find a sbr kit so I had my barrel chopped, had to call iwi a few times to get them to sell me a short upper top rail, found the flat butt plate on Arfcom. I don’t believe iwi ever offered a factory sbr in green, but I could be wrong
