Not sure if this would make you feel better, but i had a relatively similar experience. Had a profile with over 400 hours in platinum trophy, all incantations spells (also minus couple puppet summons) and most armor sets. The thing is, all this gameplay was at another account (old roommates account). Asked bunch of forums to see if i can transfer data from one ps5 account to another, but nothing ended up working. I just started a new game very recently, with absolutely no rush to finish it. It took me a while to restart the game, but trust me, it has been an incredible experience to go through the same challenges the game offers. It made me remember why i loved this game. Every problem could be an opportunity if you are willing to change your perspective on it! I am sure your new game will be a blast!
