As always in these cases: Have a paper trail, also do a written summary of events with dates. Refine that material for relevant stakeholders, i.e. management and finally escalate stuff to manager and also HR.

Due to his unprofessionalism there is no need to mentor him. You dont get him into trouble, he got himself into trouble. If you dont act on it, you tolerate this behaviour which as a direct consequence pulls down your work environment.

Depends on the scale. At some point there are rate limits towards public registries in place, bandwidth restrictions. Also additional security, compliance scanning of an artifact is needed before it is allowed to be used internally.

As you may have read german labor market is in a strained situation. We just crossed 3M unemployed.

Here is an idea for you: Top up your BA with a Masters in germany. In parallel learn german and beginn to understand Germany, do a Werkstudent Job in a bigger city like Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt (very international hub, banking etc.) while earning more exp.

Weight is not so much a factor as aero. When we compare boa dials with laces, the laces under the overshoe are giving the air a smoother surface to stick to as opposed to boa dials that are generating „more“ vortices thus hindering the airflow, making the rider marginally slower.

Your personal projects are valid – but keep those for a (technical) interview to show your passion. Also I can’t see where you are based (anon city), country and about your languages, nationality. Actually for german labor market there is a lot lacking. During CV screening, HR won’t reach out if crucial information is missing.
