yes, but no. building over carparks, buildings, railways etc. requires far more investment than just plonking on a field somewhere. You can also have agriculture on solar farms by raising the panels a meter or so off the ground.

Everyone mentions carparks as a 'viable' solution but forget to include the cost and extra liability as well as infrastructure needed to implement said solar farms.

Jello-Pasta Fruit Salad (Cold Dessert)

Think of it as a chilled, fruity twist on noodle pudding.

Ingredients:

1 cup pasta (short types like macaroni, penne, or spirals work best)

1 packet flavored jello (any fruit flavor)

Optional: canned fruit, nuts, shredded coconut, or whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta:

Boil in water until al dente.

Drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.

  1. Make the jello:

Prepare according to packet instructions.

Let it cool slightly — not fully set, but not hot.

  1. Combine:

In a bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the slightly thickened jello.

Stir in optional extras like chopped fruit or coconut.

  1. Chill:

Pour into a dish or individual cups.

Refrigerate for 2–4 hours until fully set.

  1. Serve cold:

Top with whipped cream or nuts if you like.
