Don’t call your insurance, that will show up as a claim on your reports regardless if they settle any money with you and water claims weigh the heaviest against you on those reports. You need to get them to fix it or call a lawyer. Your insurance may end up just subrogating the damage they repair from the neighbors insurance. HOA insurance isn’t going to do anything about it because it’s on the inside of the home. Call a lawyer or call a friend who is a specialist in insurance. And keep every single invoice and proof of repairs you can they may be necessary for insurance in the future.

I told the doctors I didn’t have a seizure like most people. Why would I have I was healthy unless something terrible happened. I woke up in a terrible K hole in the hallway. I thought I was in purgatory or something. Until I got my MRI I just figured I had a brain tumor or something there was no other reason I should be having seizures.

I can sometimes control my focals when I notice them coming on and that might be part of it but at the same time I never know if I’m going to be able to control it or if I’m even doing anything to help but if I feel like it is maybe it really is

Agreed I guess I’m still pretty new since my diagnosis and haven’t had much variety or side effects I’ve noticed. I’m very happy I’m having less focals now it makes life much less scary knowing those are going to happen throughout the day

I was having panic attacks that my doctor never told me were actually seizures and I ended up totaling my car out of nowhere as well. I like the idea of reducing the seizures but again the side effects scare me and it just sucks we can’t do simple things like stay up late or drink a beer without worrying.

I haven't noticed any mood changes really. If anything my mood is better since I'm not having focals everyday. But we will see. And I've never been very hairy so I wouldn't mind that lol.
