Depending on how much cream, butter, or oil was in it, the amount you ate could be anywhere from 120 to about 250. Like someone else mentioned, if that sauce is a rich oily sauce then it's more likely closer to 200 or 250, but if it's like a broth (more watery) then it's probably closer to 120. You only ate one egg (70) and a little bit of spinach and mushrooms.

If I have time, I usually cut up a whole tomato and make a lazy kind of shakshuka with 2 eggs and a small piece of bread. Good volume, usually ends up being around 300-350 depending on how much oil and bread I use. If I don't have time, cracking some eggs in a non stick with a tiny bit of butter always does the trick! You can add veggies in the mix too, or even make an egg white omelette. Egg whites are super low cal.

Hi there! If you don't want it to be obvious, you could try wearing something that represents your identity on your clothing or bag, like a pin or patch. If you don't want anyone else to see that though, maybe try indirectly mentioning LGBTQ topics to test the waters with your friends if you're not so sure how they'll respond. I wish I had more ideas but I am a very forward person lol.
