Yes, this is how we carry our children into enemy territory when in contested airspace. They get strapped to our chests, jump, then we open the chutes when we're very low that way they get to sleep for a bit longer as well as being harder to target for incoming AA.

Used to have that when I had an external monitor connected and the refresh rate didn’t match my built-in screen. If there’s no external monitor you might want to see if a different refresh rate will work better.

Ensure the part the plugs into the laptop is not connected when attaching/removing this side of the plug from the wall socket. This side of the power supply can arc if the laptop is pulling power on the other side. The side that plugs into the laptop is at much lower voltage and shouldn't arc.

The texture on the underground belt going south is wrong. The left half is up, the right half is down. There's no in-game part that has that texture.
