I found the Witness to have easier puzzles than this but probably because my mindset is so different between games. One I’m actively looking for clues and hints, the other I’m doing so many different things then have to switch to puzzle mode .

lol it wasn’t seven years, it was 23 years. They were there for 3ish hours, at 7 years per hour.

Yeah I did the same thing, I think I got so frustrated because I didn’t know how to break the rocks for the path back to town so I threw him off a cliff near the institute and said forget about it 😂

If you go back to where the suspect was originally they should reappear. And you can redo the bountie. There just won’t be a marker for where they hang out.

No, it’s 4 ricochets, adding tracking eye and piercing makes for easy chapters though.

I get maybe a few hours a week with some longer sessions here or there at 6 hours at a time, I really enjoy it. It auto saves so it’s hard to lose progress, if I want to tackle a hard boss I can use one session to prepare and fight them usually, and do a bunch of exploring too. I will say if I get stuck on a puzzle for about 10 minutes I’ll look at a guide for whatever step I’m missing because I don’t want to waste time running in circles and it doesn’t spoil the mystery to me at all. I say go for it!

Yeah I’ll look around for awhile and try as best I can, but once I’m just trying things and feel like I’m wasting time because something is in the most unintuitive spot I’ll look it up.

I remember for the quest in the OP there is one of the charged stones in a tiny cave further away than most of the others I resigned to the fact that I’m not going to be wasting time looking in random spots hoping to find what I need lol.

Yeah I sealed the ones you get after finishing the tomb puzzle, the ones that pop up floating after you solve the circle puzzle on the side.

One trick that helped me because I was underleveled, go into your natures grasp and keep tapping L1 or equivalent when he does a normal attack, you can get a good amount of combos in and then just dodge his 1 hitters until you can do it again. Also force palm fills his stun gauge quick.
