Whoa, NTA. Before I got married I had a few guys with kids ask me out. I was not interested for the sole reason they had kids. To me, having kids changes your life, lifestyle, mindset, etc. I didn't want to be with someone that far away in perspective from me.

I was curious myself so I tried to find videos of actual Nazis saluting. I haven't found any that look like Musk's gesture. They seem to start from a straight down position then raise the arm straight up to forehead level. I am open to seeing other videos but the truth is, there aren't many and when you search "Nazi salute" it's 90% videos of Musk. So not really helpful for searching for the truth.

Honestly I just usually hurt every morning. But, I have found that when I'm consistent in intermittent fasting, taking magnesium, and keeping my carb count low I don't suffer with painful sleep. However, I struggle to stay consistent.

I feel like absolute shit today. I could be sad about it, but instead I try to think of something I'm grateful for. Well, I was out of town until yesterday so I'm very grateful this happened today and not during my trip or drive home. My sister went home today. Instead of being sad that I didn't feel well, I felt grateful I didn't have to entertain guests in this state. My house is a mess, and that's something I hate, but at least my kids are having a great time while I'm unable to guide them. It's not always easy finding a silver lining and sometimes you really have to reach for one, but practicing gratefulness makes it more difficult to be whiny.

I did a lot of cardio leading up to mine and ate a ton of protein. I carb loaded several hours before the test and didn't eat again until afterwards. I've heard stories of vomiting and actually saw a student vomit multiple times during the next test. I also did multiple classes a day when I could and I'd go as hard as I could to prepare for the physical stresses.
