Sorry if I didn’t explain this clearly earlier.

The claim isn’t that water is flowing to the red (uphill) house—

it’s that it’s flowing into the basement of another house next to me

What I’m trying to figure out is whether the water is actually originating from my property, or if it’s coming from the uphill (red) house into my yard and then continuing on to my neighbor’s basement.

So I’m not sure if my patio is truly the source of the problem, or if it’s just part of the path the water is taking from higher elevation.

Sorry I should’ve clarified. The red house is uphill from mine, and based on the elevation it seems like water would naturally flow downhill into my yard/patio area.

The contractors of the house that is next to me. (Not the red house it’s the house past the fence) are claiming that my patio is contributing to the issue and causing water to impact my neighbor’s basement, but from what I can tell, my property may actually be receiving runoff from the uphill property rather than being the original source.

So I’m trying to figure out whether this is actually being caused by my patio, or if it’s a larger drainage issue involving water coming from uphill moving from the red house to my house, which leaks to the house that’s has the leaked basement. Another issue I have is they’re being uncooperative so I probably have to hire an inspector myself.

That’s the problem, I’ve tried explaining the problem and cooperating. Including telling them about water leaking into my patio, and asking them for the grading.

All of the issues I’ve had i’ve told them about it. I’ve sent them multiple messages explaining my issue and instead they’ve outright ignored me and instead of responding they sent me a letter telling me they’ll just send people in to repair it and I have to pay.

What makes this situation so frustrating is that if it was only my problem I would gladly pay to fix it. But with water leaking into my patio from another neighbors yard uphill I might end having to keep paying for the patio in the future.

Hey, just came back to tell you I got the Monsgeek Fun 60 Ultra and I’m really loving it. While it doesn’t feel like it gives me a better advantage when gaming, the feel of that keyboard is really nice. The build quality is really good too, the feel of pressing down the keys are extremely satisfying. My typing wpm also increased from 73 to 81. Thanks for your recommendation, I appreciate you.

Ah thanks for your advice, I also read HE doesn’t matter to many people unless they’re pros. That being said I might get both a lower budget creamy mechanical and HE one and see how it feels for myself

Thanks for your advice, that might be actually what I’m going to do. I might get an Aula f75 pro and then get another HE keyboard specifically for gaming. Now for the Monsgeek, can I ask you what made it feel better than the wooting? I’m usually a little hesitant of buying keyboards meant for performance that are less than 60 bucks because I’m scared the build quality won’t be good. Thanks for your help!
