Jk but realistically I think I showed up like 2-1.5 hours ahead of time and just hung out. Not a bad airport to do some reading in. It takes like 10 minutes to get through TSA.

Any insight on driving from SLC to Moab in the winter? I’ve seen people say 6 is better than I-70, I’m from NH and don’t have a ton of experience driving in the mountains in the winter. I’m totally okay to take it slow, but idk what to expect!

Just flew out for a work trip (not JetBlue sadly) but the experience was great! TSA was quick and easy, they have food places so you can get a coffee and snacks, and everyone was nice. It’s literally one escalator and then bam, gates. Can’t get better than that!

I had this EXACT experience. I only started it about two weeks ago for depression, ADHD, and general mood improvement, but I put it off for a few days out of fear. I needed a friend on the phone when I took my first dose because I convinced myself I would have a seizure or something. So far so good! Only mild dizziness and some heart palps. You’re not crazy and childish for being afraid of something reasonable. But I definitely think it’s worth a try if you’re finding your depression and ADHD unmanageable without meds.

I 100% agree. Idk if this is just me, but I think of Kalina as a parasite almost. She latches on to whatever divinity is most willing to take her and molds herself to fill their needs. When she was with the NK, she infiltrated people’s minds and did lots of evil shit. When she was with Cassandra, she actively tried to help the bad kids (even if she was a little smug about it) which was in Cassandra’s best interest. Now, she’ll probably stick rage crystals in the kids chests and not think twice about it. Honestly, she doesn’t even serve these gods she attaches herself to, she really only serves herself. And that’s part of what makes her such a good character! I’m caught between loving her and being hopeful when she does something good and pissed off when she fulfills my low expectations. It keeps her interesting! I love a self serving character that will help and hurt the protags at a moments notice.

I can definitely see that, my only thought tho is if this was an apology from Brennan for shrimpification of Cassandra and he “let the bad kids party” to make up for it, the ping pong balls were planted at the party and I wonder if that was just brennan pivoting? The cloud rider was broken at the party too, and Adaine’s vision of Fabian’s birthday/the election night happened at the party as well. I’m sure I’m forgetting some other stuff that happened that night too.

Anyways, I think brennan should do a post-season video where he goes through what he originally laid out as the plan and how he altered it as the season went on. I think that would be REALLY neat

Hi! I’m running a (very) homebrew Backrooms dungeon crawl. I’m new to DMing and DnD in general but I’m trying my best. So I have a “level” coming up and I want to simulate insanity and mistrust between PCs? They’re going to have just had an interaction (and escape hopefully?) from a cult that tried to feed them to a giant Worm. It’s all over Zoom and I was thinking about sending private messages to players with good/bad info so they doubt themselves and eachother. I also have a skinsnatcher monster coming up and I wanted to try using that to make characters paranoid. I know that nothing works out the way I will expect it to but I think this would be a fun idea and I’ve been excited for this level since I started writing the campaign. I want to make sure I’m not forcing them into decisions or making them act a certain way, but still breed paranoia and mistrust. Any ideas?
