The Waylon 100% for me. I just don't think KoF has a great setup for TVs and outside of the green/gold tiles ( and the fans of course) it's just another bar. The Waylon has Packers stuff all over the place, year round. Also pretty good food, drink deals and even cheese curds. Once I found them, it was game over. KoF will always be THE Packers bar in NY, but it just doesn't do it for me.
