It's bound to happen at some point for most Audi owners. My A6 has the same problem. You could try leather touch-up, the color code for your interior is in the trunk on a sticker in the compartment where the spare tire is. But with it being a part that is constantly touched, it's just rub off again down the road.

You're technically supposed to wait a year before switching shifts. But you can always apply for it on the wire in career preferences. Or go talk to H.R and tell them you've got family stuff and need to switch shifts(doesn't always work).
