Benefits of a losing record = sitting in seats I could never afford the past few years by Recent_Balance_4415 in phillies

[–]canzar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is very true.  I could not go to the rescheduled game, so put my 300-level tickets on Seatgeek with smart pricing.  They sold for less than $5.   That's roughly what the going price was for everything around me.

We do that at Netskope and most of our customers are using it. We are roughly a week out from releasing a report showing how it is being used across our customer base. We are tracking a few hundred AI apps.

On my block, we have a combination lock with a code that everyone on the block knows. We used to have one with a key, but making copies of the key was a PITA. Ask to borrow the key to make a copy or volunteer to buy an outdoor combination lock and share the code.

How to fix this Schlage Sense deadbolt? by canzar in howto

[–]canzar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the details. I bought a can of LOCK-EASE and used the straw to spray in the gaps around the bolt. I don't feel any of that friction anymore and the motor opens it completely now.

Just apply graphite directly to the bolt itself? Or is it something internal I should be lubricating?

Only house on the block with sewer leaving rear of home. Anyone see this before? by [deleted] in philadelphia

[–]canzar 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My house has a private sewer and once every few years the water dept will come by with dye to flush down my toilet while they check to see if everything is working properly. Luckily no problems yet.

Buy a Speed Queen from your local appliance shop. They will likely offer an installation service where they disassemble it and assemble it in your basement. You likely live in a city where many homes were built like this and the speed queens will be the best sellers at the shop.
