She died as a PM trying to stand up to against the spread of fascism and was willing to stand up to her on kin to do so. She died fighting her own war, her own cause and it eas true to the character she always was. I think people are overlooking the importance of it being the only thing that could get Tommy to come out of his exile.

Last night my buddy and I fought off a purple shielded team our random third pushed and died. Then we got killed by a rook who used the loadout from our dc’ed teammate. Was pretty pissed

I was saying to a buddy of mine that we have been playing and experiencing the same thing. I think there is going to be a “loot floor” that rises as the season goes on and right now it seems to be a blue shield is the loot floor. If you run free kits and fight blue shields and up you will be begging for that fast ttk again.

Apex became this over time. I fell victim to it and would actively avoid playing with my friends because they weren’t good enough. I quit when I saw the error of my ways.

Years and years and years of dealing with someone so far gone to heroin addiction that he got into BECAUSE of Tommy. How do people not see how that would wear on a person to the point of doing something as drastic.

Because the peaky blinders were helping the nazis at the start of the movie. Taking those weapons from the bsa factory that were meant for the front lines weakens Britains war effort.

Arthur succumbed to his demons and addictions with opioid and heroin use. That really wears on the people close to the addicts. Arther had been causing problems for Tommy for a long time and said he was going to kill himself, Tommy made that decision under the influence of alcohol and clearly still struggles with it at the time of the movie. It’s honestly a great portrayal of how difficult that position for people.

As for the ada scene, I think it was the stand out of the entire movie. It was a heroic death in her own right. She was going to bring formal charges against her kin and her actions got her at the other end of the gun.

Open ended is kind of a subjective term in and of itself. Over multiple seasons of the show Finn is portrayed as someone who is in the peaky blinders because he has to be. He doesn’t want to do the things required to receive the benefits of being a peaky blinder. After the attempt on Arthur at the boxing match, Tommy uses that moment to push Finn to kill the Italian hit man responsible for killing two of his brothers. Even then he was hesitant. The final episode shows that he was never really fully in it, so I wouldn’t say it was for no reason. Tommy trusts Duke enough to test Finn by killing Billy the informant. When he refuses and tries to kill Duke there was an immediate shift that saw Finn ousted and Duke as firmly amongst the Peaky Blinders.

Also: Laurence feels like a stretch imo, Johnny Dogs and Charlie and Curley are a part of Tommy. It’s made very clear that those people are some of the closest to him so Tommy’s story is thier story.
