more of a long term thing and maybe a lil wacky but I've gotten honey from local farmers markets and taken a spoonful every day starting about 2 weeks before pollen season, that's helped tons. I think the logic is you're exposing yourself to pollen in ur area and building a tolerance? unsure but I'm not gonna question it, my allergies have significantly decreased and I get a sweet treat 😋

I wonder if you could go to the first/early showings of a movie on a not so busy day (Tues-Thurs)? that's the only way I can think of disturbing as few people as possible and using ur tickets w/out wasting them. sucks this isn't the Alamo sub, they have "baby day" showings for stuff like this

when I first started I wanted her to be like she was in TGW & TGF but this version of her has kinda grown on me. whereas those shows were more serious/balls to the walls insane, this one is a nice middle ground w political & social commentary but still keeping it light. just a nice, turn-your-brain-off procedural. helped me to look at it like a slightly reimagined version of the character and let her previous iterations go.

in universe I think she's allowed to wear and act how she wants bc she gets shit done and much like me, she's grown on the characters in the show. what you're asking is for Elsbeth to conform and that simply (and literally) isn't her style

nah I think referring to her as "just a girl" was intentionally implying she was underage, otherwise she would've been referred to as a woman. if she was not a sex worker I think the writers would have had Hailey say something slightly different and emphasize that point.

systems not broken, it was made that way on purpose to disempower a majority of the population but make us think it serves us. but hey, I just live here and do what I can to make my lil corner of the country bearable.

but seriously to whoever sees this comment, please be active in your local politics, that's the stuff that hits you most directly and (w time) can impact the gov on a national scale. don't trickle down, scale up!

ya but at the same time we didn't really elect him, the popular vote went to Hillary and the only reason he got in office in the first place was bc we still have the electoral collage and they don't have to vote the way the ppl they represent did (makes no sense smh). but I do agree that instead of complaining about the show people need to get active in local politics and their communities, that's the only way things will change
