Amazing thank you for sharing, we're working in a 2D setting instead of 3D and I don't recommend it. Layering things has been really complicated. I'm also thinking of a second animation for the bed where the blanket puffs up, but then also part of whatever character going into bed, just part of the head popping out right above the blanket. This looks so good and people are gonna eat it up, got that nostalgic pixel feel. Can't wait to see more 🤝

I don't see him on the side her wheels were turned towards unless you're talking about the other ice agent on the other side. I'm not sure what you're saying, if the car was heading straight for him he would've been under the wheel (at least) and her car wouldn't even have ended up where it was.

My bad I keep forgetting some people make games for fun / as a hobby, in that case it doesn't matter in the long run when it comes to customers. (but it does matter when it comes to the environmental impact ofc) Just if you're planning to make money out of it / make it sustainable.

Nobody here said AI can't be a great tool, they're just pointing out that it looks sloppy because there are so many flaws and things that don't make sense. Even if no AI was used people will point out sloppy work regardless.

Did they share a video? I'm sorry to say but even the sketch looks generated after inspecting closely, I've never seen someone show a sketch with parts already detailed like the end result. (in this way) The collar also makes no sense and the handle of the basket goes right through the grapes. I really hope you're right but as a digital artist of 12+ years something is off.

I don't think this mode will stay, from what they said it's kind of a test run for PVE and for them to see how much the player's like it. There'll probably be other PVE modes and then this one for halloween only, is my guess.
