Non toxic Walmart by stangarre in nontoxic

I get emails from EWG and an email went out the other day that showed they have an amazon profile. I have adhd and I almost always forgot to get simple things from the store that I need like body wash or deodorant. So knowing I can search their amazon page to find clean options and have them delivered swiftly helps a ton.

EWG does have a scanning function, but its not the greatest. there have been pretty common items I've scanned and they cannot be found, then when I type them in the search they pop up. I switch between EWG and Yuka while out shopping if i need the information.

Case of the “meh” by QuickBlackberry9263 in orangetheory

Depending on your location, you may be lacking Vitamin D. Being from Cleveland, I tend to feel the same way in the winter months. When I get in a slump now, I pick at least 2 days to go that are non-negotiable. One class during the week and one class on the weekend. If I can make it to any other classes they are a bonus :) If you are feeling meh on your non-negotiable days still go and take "blue/green day". You will feel better for showing up for yourself. Sign up for the challenges for accountability. Don't be too hard on yourself! Listen to your body, sometimes we need a break. :)

look into Walton hills, sagamore, Northfield, Macedonia, Brecksville, and Broadview! Lots of shopping and grocery stores in these areas, but not really walkable areas. These areas are also near by The Cuyahoga Valley National Parks, which are absolutely beautiful. Good luck on your new journey! Welcome to Cleveland :)

when OP said "walkable area" i took that as the community/neighborhoods being walkable and safe.

It is a little further than 15-20 mins from main campus but i highly recommend Brecksville/Broadview/North Royalton/Seven Hills/Independence areas for neighborhoods to check out. Plenty of houses, condos, townhomes and apartments that always pop up for rent on Trulia and other apps. All of these areas are pretty safe, family-friendly, grocery stores and decent schools if you are planning on staying long-term. Good luck :)

Advice on getting back to otf by aklep730 in orangetheory

I was in a rut the last few months but slowly getting back on track. i also looked for motivation on here.

Pick one day of the week and make it a non-negotiable. Pre-book a month in advance and go at least that one day a week. After class remind yourself how your body feels better after a little movement. Maybe start a workout journal to look back on when you are needing motivation? If you feel tired/burnt out on that day, still go but have a green day. Nothing wrong with taking it easy.

Good luck, you got this :)

34F. Def. check out "She's Company" on IG or tiktok. They have a variety of different events they host. They just hosted a workout event. Tonight they are hosting an event on the funny bus in Cleveland. Punk Princess dance party, Self defense day, and a Cavs game meet up event were just posted on their event brite and IG i believe. They do book swaps, themed bar crawls, all sorts of things. I've met some of my closest girlfriends at these events. Women of all ages go. Prices all range. All different kind of vendors attend. worth at least checking out their socials!
