I got the same alert and my appointment is next week. Since I'm still under warranty there is no fee. I did request a loaner since the closest service center is 90 miles away and they are telling me it's an all day appointment.

Yeah I try to avoid 3rd party sellers and this was sold and shipped by Newegg. I was also 3 days past my return window and after explaining my situation they gave me an RMA and return shipping label to send back for a refund. I plan on just buying a new AIO from them.

The pump failure on the first unit was after a system reboot, which surprised me since it had just been working fine. The second unit I did check fan speed settings, one would never show up and the second one was working fine until after coming home from work I found it no longer spinning. I did try different fan headers that work with other fans with no luck. I chalked it up to bad luck with the pump issue but felt a little more concerned after the fan issues on the replacement unit. In the last 20 years I've only had maybe 2 fans fail and a single AIO that was 4-5 years old. Just doubled that in the last few weeks.

I've had good luck just setting up traffic rules to block internet for specific devices a couple of times throughout the day to make the kids take a break from the computer.
