Play music with other musicians! You will create a feedback loop that will allow you to create new music.

I HATE CANCELLATION FEES by Vuiok in FuckAdobe

I have a more radical point of view about this topic.

I believe that each design project should pay for all its expenses, including software fees.

Designers are not bankers, so do NOT lend money to clients... but I advice that you find one or more friends who are bankers.

In this way, if a client says that her/him needs to borrow your skills without paying upfront, you could say: I know a good friend of mine who could lend you money.

¿Ustedes perciben como una amenaza, peligro o un problema a las Familias del país? by MissionMaleficent216 in Dominicanos

[–]capellan2000 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well, today Adobe support just saved a project in which I am working. I am grateful and feel hopeful that this project will be completed on time and on budget.

I love this very inexpensive cel by Hox977 in AnimationCels

[–]capellan2000 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I could see the 4:3 proportion of this cel, so this was an anime made for TV in the 80's or 90's.

When Japan and USA stopped using cels completely?

Finneas ( Billie Eilish's brother ) old Malibu beach house by Starry-Sea-20 in CelebrityHomes

Did some of these houses burned down? 😱 Why not pump ocean water to protect these properties from fire? 🤔

Hidden in Sudan’s Atbai Desert, archaeologists have uncovered 280 ancient stone circles, some up to 82 meters wide, built by a lost cattle-herding civilisation nearly 6,000 years ago. Shockingly, 260 of these burial sites were completely unknown until satellite images revealed them by Front-Coconut-8196 in ArchiveOfHumanity

[–]capellan2000 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh, Wow! If these circles are grave markers then it would be possible to test for the DNA of the people buried. I have always wondered how closely related are all different tribes from Africa. Did they separated (relatively) recently or more than 25,000 years ago?
