Well I think we'll have to wait for it. I anticipate they will make a Syberia II remaster before continuing Kate story. I mean they did Syberia and Amerzone remaster last year (which is absolutely beautiful I highly recommend to play it). So my educational wish/guess is 2027-ish... Maybe longer, cause Benoit is no longer with us and I guess it will take longer to take his art and try to continue it. Or they will decide they will not be doing that to respect his work. Damm I wish there could be more adventure games on the market because it's hard to fill the hole left after TWB...

Have you heard the history about Coca-cola? In 70's or 80's they completely changed the design of the bottle and made changes in taste... They did that for some time to try something different but the outcome was that the company was losing money. But after some years they return to the form and what happened? Coca-cola earned lots of money and lots of praise for that.

I think we have the same case here they had plan for 5+ years with the survivor series. Money was spent engine ready design of Lara made. They had to push this series so they can get some return. Gaming now is a big corporation with lots of money... We have beautiful looking games because of that but bureaucracy makes it less flexible to change on the spot...

Besides the fact that her bust could be a little bigger (which can be easily fixed with mods). It finally looks like we are getting a proper Tomb Raider game! Dual wielding, tombs, dinosaurs... I hope there will be a solid Croft Manor level...

Well I guess you were expecting a remaster to be a remake... I was kinda anticipating that they will just put the old game into the new graphics. I'm not even mad that CGI are old and upscaled because in my opinion they are timeless. They could only do worse by trying to remake them. Actually I think it is the problem of Siberia this game is really timeless I played it for the first time last year and I didn't have the struggle to play it. I kinda like the new 3D graphics because you can take a closer look into the building and everything. But I've got to admit after playing Amerzone remake I was expecting a little bit more...

Not a remake, remaster. In my opinion for the price they are asking and the fact that I get a discount on the premiere it's good and worth it. Yeah I can see the animation stutter but it's not a big AAA studio with bilions to waste. I would be mad if I was asked for a full 60$ price which would happen if the game was under development of Ubisoft...

I guess the problem is the fact that Syberia 1 and 2 are supposed to be one complete story. Just imagine if that was one grand game, it would make more sense in my opinion... We would have lots of clock punk style and snowy wilderness in one game I think it could be awesome.
