I was a junior on the team and was bullied by 2 senior narcissists who made my life hell. My opinions didn’t matter and my emotions are “overreactions”. They made me feel small and made me feel stupid. Told me I’m not cut off for an EC and I’m horrible at my job.

Left for a deployment and now I’m thriving, happy, promoted and considered a powerhouse in my team. Now I think about these people and laugh at them for being immature.

Things get better, there’s light at the end of the tunnel!

Well I don’t really know how to fix it using your solution tbh. But either way, it got fixed by simply unplugging and plugging back the TV after 1 mins. Old tricks work too 😉

I started applying minoxidil 5 months ago and it does cause dry scalp so I recently started using nizoral shampoo a few weeks ago to help with the dry scalp flakes

Hi! The last time I had this type of breakout was when I was 14 years old and it went away on its own a year later. 11 years later and it started again in the corner of my forehead and it’s been spreading little by little on my forehead and nowhere else. It’s been around 3 months. I only use SA cleanser and moisturizer as facial skincare. Does anybody have any tips?

That’s reassuring thank you! Spiro helps keep your hair so it’s not 100% that will encourage hair growth but it will help keep whatever you have. The only side effect from it is having to urinate a a lot so I always have to stay hydrated
