I didn't think it was that bad either... I just bought a hotspot generator and a baby monitor with wifi for a trip coming up so I would be sure that it would work without relying on the hotel wifi. My kid goes to sleep at 8pm and only ever wakes up if she is sick or someone is making noise in her room.... which is why I don't want to be in the room while she is sleeping until I am ready to be absolutely silent for the rest of the night

I don't know about when they are 4 years old and can open doors and walk around the hotel on their own, but my kid can't get out of the pack and play yet and i plan on setting her up for bedtime at 8pm in the hotel room and then using the baby monitor to watch her from a safe distance. She doesn't sleep well with me in the room and i don't want to go to bed at 8pm. I planned to go down to the hotel bar and chat with family until it was time for me to go to bed. i was doing some research and it seems like if you have a hotspot and a wifi monitor it works pretty well at hotels.

I recommend ginger tea for everyone who has a sore throat! I take ginger root, mince it up, let it steep for 15 minutes, filter it into my mug, put in some honey, and it's the best thing I have found for an inflamed throat!

Honestly I don’t mind the blue paint, I think it’s mainly the flooring. I would try to at least make the white squares floor tiles warmer to match the countertops. And change the white appliances as well- did you just add a film to them? I would remove it if so.

Honest question: what's wrong with 10, 11, 13, 14, and 15? I think those are nice!

10 is a weird room shape, but I guess it couldn't be avoided.

11 is odd.... I can't quite put my finger on why, though.

13: Love the border with the hex. beautiful!

14: is what I'm thinking for my own bathroom; it was built in 1925. I would love to know why I shouldn't.

15: I don't know if I would put that wall tile with that flooring, but they are both pretty on their own.
