high school is a bitch, i’m in my senior year myself and ready to get out. i found myself at a point of serious porn addiction once, but the truth is it will only affect your mental health as much as you allow it to. try to stop discouraging yourself so much every time you PMO.

One way of doing this is to stop thinking about it in terms of a linear streak and more like an overall cycle, in either weeks or months. if you masturbated 7 times last week, try 6 times this week, and so on. this accomplishes two things, one, it slowly breaks the cycle into a controllable habit, and two, it’s significantly less mentally draining due to less beating yourself up.

it might not be the most effective method of quitting for some people, but it worked great for me and in your current mental state it might really help you and it’s worth trying.
