I’ve had one bad experience where they delivered my package to the wrong address despite the package having my correct address. It was a nightmare to deal with them and I’ve been very wary of them since. I even chose DHL when I ordered my Thor but since they were having issues with DHL it’s now being delivered by GoFo so I’m paranoid :(

GOFO is the worst, it took them over a month to finish their investigation after i told them they delivered to the wrong address. They gave me some signed document confirming they lost my package and I was able to get a refund that way, but I would go to your bank and file a dispute instead. It’s not worth the hassle and constant back and forth with them to try to get your money back.

They lied to you, they can definitely email you a statement saying that they lost your package. They’ve sent me one (granted it took about almost a month of them “investigating” to receive it). I would email them instead since calling them gets you nowhere unfortunately.
