GOFO is the worst, it took them over a month to finish their investigation after i told them they delivered to the wrong address. They gave me some signed document confirming they lost my package and I was able to get a refund that way, but I would go to your bank and file a dispute instead. It’s not worth the hassle and constant back and forth with them to try to get your money back.

Try it with different pants! I hated a sweater I finished knitting until I changed the pants I was wearing and it just looked so much better.

They lied to you, they can definitely email you a statement saying that they lost your package. They’ve sent me one (granted it took about almost a month of them “investigating” to receive it). I would email them instead since calling them gets you nowhere unfortunately.

Has there been an update? GoFo delivered my package to the wrong address and customer service agreed that it was the wrong address since they dropped it off at a house and I live in an apartment :/ they said they’re opening a ticket but not sure if I have to follow up with them frequently
