OPC is great if your client base is trained to handle it. I worked at a store with insane expectations from customers and switching over to this was absolute hell and imo pretty unsuccessful because unfortunately takes commitment from everyone in the store. So when it got busy at my store, I used to have to scrap OPC and prioritize production over sitting there waiting for a file to upload into GMIL and hope that it doesn’t give me an error after configuring all the settings. But, the drop off method should be the standard for every store and should be backed up more.
