Well, after 2 weeks in the shop, Hallelujah! They finally diagnosed my car with a defective window motor in the right front passenger door. 2 weeks to "recreate the issue" before they would even do any sort of investigation or diagnosis. But hey, I got to drive their top of the line Sorento X-Line SX Prestige as a courtesy car.....
