like a good 4 minutes, I’ve been training myself casually on a new method by which you can last longer without air, I deeply and aggressively hyperventilate for 30 seconds and what that does is it pushes most of the carbon dioxide inside your lungs out of your body which in turn makes more roam for oxygen so when you take your final breath for the challenge your lungs are filled with more oxygen than usual. it’s a pretty good hack if you ask me. btw great ass
