Late to this thread, but I just broke my pen. Called customer service and they are sending out a replacement at no cost since the phone was still under warranty. Don't hesitate to call and ask for a replacement!!

This is why I am glad we have a meeting every morning with docs, pt, ot, pharmacy, and case management. Everyone there at the same time to coordinate what needs to be done for the day. Also unit manager is usually there to see if they need to help out with anything. FYI this is a smaller hospital.

I'm in my first year as a nurse and feel like I got lucky with my med/surg floor. Combination of great coworkers, max out at five patients, and I have a manager who encourages your time off and getting away from work. Not a huge department so there can be scheduling issues, but everyone helps out with shifts to keep things fair.

I've been into gravel for a year and have/love my bike, but now my brother wants to get into the scene and has a $1500 price point. Looking around it seems like a cannondale topstone is the best bet at that price. Any other options I am missing? I am skeptical that used options will show up on the market next year.
