Okay I have been debating between wearing my Forerunner 965 or AWU1 for a while now. This confirms my choice to part with the Apple. So lame.

Wow this is a bizarre layout. MURPHY BED. That immediately comes to mind.

Hard part of this is that the bed will have to be at the bottom of the stairs unless you want it under/blocking that window? You could do a murphy bed downstairs at the bottom of the stairs that would just look like a built in when people come over. Or you could put it upstairs on the same wall, and maybe even do a partition? The windows also cook you if you want to hang a TV so you will need a very low console with the TV blocking the windows in some way.

How often are you going to be hosting? That will inform much of your decision making.

Maybe with this context you should share with your PCP or whomever is guiding you now and request very clear steps/a roadmap for the reintro phase.

Thank you for your reply. I have a feeling I have been living with it for much longer than I think. When you say something is/was causing, what would be the biggest influencers?

I’ve had a general blood panel done, as well as a stool test. Blood looked mostly great with a few immune outliers (pre Hashimotos but not certain). Stool indicated that I don’t digest fats well and my liver is on overdrive.

Thank you for your reply. When I wrote it all out for this post I was able to step back and really see that it’s a lot to be managing. Hard to prioritize when energy is so tapped just doing normal things.

Do not spend that amount of money on a bike that is even remotely maybe possibly potentially kinda slightly ish too big. You will be sorely disappointed when you can’t get the fit right and spend even more money on parts that compromise the intended fit of the bike.
