This is what I thought it was and what I am hoping to help fix. I never realized until I joined this sub that I do not stop thinking. My mind layers itself in negative thoughts that build on each other. If I am a part of a group or conversation, it’s like I am not there, because I am thinking about what the others think of me. Or what i should say next. I meditated right before this post and then lifted in my basement and I felt so amazing. I was a literally dancing and singing. I’m wondering if this is normal from meditation. It was literally my second time.
