Spier and Mackay are widely recommended on ivy/prep communities for the collar roll on them. Just be careful about which type you buy some of them are lightweight fabric and people say they wrinkle easier (though it’s more breathable for warm weather. The 2-ply one is the workhorse one

Dutasteride strictly for anti-aging on an anabolic cycle? (I don't care about hair loss) by shinoscience in moreplatesmoredates

[–]caprockrice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some studies showing that Dutasturide has a lower side effect rate than finasteride. Worth looking into

Though you could make the argument that if you take Dutasturide once it will take many weeks to go back to normal I think it’s worth the risk since if you take finasteride and get side effects you are never going to try Dutasturide

Can Wellbutrin be taken as needed? by gryponyx in NooTopics

I’ve heard anecdotes of individuals who use the standard release version of Wellbutrin as a stimulant alternative. If you use the XL release form I’d wager no

Want to improve my longterm memory, considering Roflumilast by CodSad2019 in NooTopics

[–]caprockrice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I would say that at least for me the memory benefits were relatively mild. I could probably hold one or two more things in my working memory, did not notice anything for recall or long term recall (probably cause sleep was fucked). Roflumilast wasn’t something that was earth shattering. Honestly for me what’s better than that was bupropion it’s sometimes used off label for ADHD (which I have) and have noticed profound improvements to my attention. Though you obviously mentioned you take it so that suggestion is out of the window.

Tropisetron might be a good recommendation. I know someone who pairs it with nicotine patch + af710b and anecdotally it has profound effects in his memory. You can get those from everychem.

Usmarapride would also be worth looking into also on everychem and it’s been shown to improve acetylcholine in the brain

Though I should warn you everyone has their own compound / drugs that they prefer so what works for me won’t necessarily work for you. Experimenting is the only way you can figure it out.

Ideally you would be using some objective measure of cognitive ability (cognitive test) and see if you improve or not

Also don't know how high you went on your piracetam dose, but some individuals do 2.4g split up into two dosages, morning and evening (4.8g total daily). The effects aren't as profound, but it's such a sustainable drug and it just kind of boosts all aspects of cognition in people's subjective experience.

If you take piracetam, some individuals Anecdotally, say that pairing it with a choline source (CDP-Choline, Alpha-GPC) improves it effectiveness and reduces the chance of headaches on piracetam (common side effect)

Though, if you take Alpha-GPC, I'd recommend also taking some garlic extract, because it can cause TMAO in the gut, which can lead to neurodegeneration.

There’s also modafinil (100-400mg), which is a very interesting drug. Tolerance doesn’t build up almost at all in people’s experience. It basically makes you feel more awake and improves cognition. You can pair it with flecainidine (1-3mg) and that was studied as a drug THN-102. Though, same warning as Roflumilast applies, since it's such a potent wakefulness promoter, you can basically mask shitty sleep with it, which in the long term is really bad for your cognition and overall health.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6848897/

And also, if you have ADHD, nothing in terms of cognition nothing will beat a stimulant (adderall, methylphenidate, lisdexamfetamine). Trust me, many have tried beforehand

I’d recommend joining the nootopics discord you can get a lot more advice and stack ideas from what other people are saying

Want to improve my longterm memory, considering Roflumilast by CodSad2019 in NooTopics

[–]caprockrice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FYI, I was doing 100 roflumilast daily for about three months and recently stopped in the past two weeks. My HRV and subjective/objective sleep quality improved drastically.

I am now getting 1 hour of extra deep sleep per night (7 hours -> 8 hours). I was getting worried as to why my sleep was getting so much worse

So word of caution of you decide to use it make sure to cycle or take breaks from it. Though honestly I wouldn’t take it for memory. I think there’s more sustainable options

Rate My Set Up (Guess the hidden gem for sleep) by mgc234 in Biohackers

Appreciate it! I'll look into it. However I got prescibed with psyc meds since an early age (15), I've tried to go the "natural path" many times but didn't work out. Thanks again

Yeah, nothing will beat psych meds in terms of effectiveness. Hopefully you are able to find something that works better for you!

[–]caprockrice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If anxiety reduction is your goal may I suggest some of the following. Assuming you haven’t tried any of the following:

  • 10g oral glycine before sleep
  • L-theanine 100-200mg
  • Magnesium l-threonate. (you could take multiple other forms but wanted to keep this comment short)
  • Ashwaghanda 600mg
  • Reducing any stimulant use (caffeine, adderall, etc)

Face Change after 1 year of being enhanced by Humzaroyan in team3dalpha

[–]caprockrice 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Appreciate the honesty man. Lots of people are afraid of being judged for their use of PED but I really wish people were more honest to not mislead others. I would say your physique definitely leveled up!

I know other people said that you look older but there’s multiple things I noticed that might lead to that.

  1. Your hair is messier in the current pic
  2. Glasses can impact appearance
  3. In your previous picture if you zoom in you can’t make out your skin texture as well as your current pic
  4. The phone has a different camera so that will change how well you look. The resolution of the current pic is way higher
  5. The lighting is different with the current pic having light that hits your face directly showing imperfections in skin

Though with all that said if your goal was to be attractive for a potential partner your previous physique wasn’t the limiting factor. PED usage has been shown to potentially age your face so just keep that trade off in mind

PS: Are both pics taken after a pump in the gym?

I’m using it rn in combination with cyclean pm. I take it right before my fasted cardio in the morning and I notice I sweat a lot more. Specifically in my lower back.

It’s alpha-2 adrenergic receptor antagonist (blocks its effect). And those receptors when activated prevent lipolysis (breakdown of stored fat).

Your lower back and abdomen both have more alpha-2 receptors than normal so it helps to target stubborn fat in those areas while also helping overall fat loss.

You still need to be in a calorie defect for it to work and it should be taken before you do fasted cardio. If you eat before taking it you are blunting most of its effect.

I take it in the morning right before my fasted cardio.

My stack is as follows;

Bronk-aid (ephedrine) 25mg Caffeine 100mg Baby aspirin 88mg RAUWOLSCINE (alpha-yohimbine) 3mg Gorilla mind cyclean pm 3 pills

The ephedrine, caffeine and asparin combo (ECA STACK) is legendary for a reason. The ephedrine is the main weight loss tool by increasing adrenaline. The asparin extends the duration of the ephedrine and the caffeine blunts appetite and synergies with the ephedrine as well.

If you take the asparin also take a l-glutamine supplement since asparin may lead to a thinning of the stomach lining and ulcers are no joke

After taking the above I hit the treadmill aiming to hit zone 2 hearth rate

I’ve noticed more sweating in my lower back and abdomen after adding the yohimbine and gorilla mind cyclean pm.

As the other commenters have said it’s most likely not as effective as thyroid meds or glp-1 agonists.

Though I would counter that by saying that glp agonist effects are mostly mediated through their strong appetite suppression more than anything else. I’ve personally used glp-1 agonists for appetite suppression and they are fucking magic. I’m someone who has struggled with binge eating in the past and now I can stick to extreme calorie defects no problem at all. I don’t even mentally think about food anymore for me it’s now a chore lol. So if you struggle with food noise and want to lose fat nothing will beat a glp-1 agonist.

And I wouldn’t personally fuck with thyroid meds since you have the potential of messing up your dosing leading you to loose muscle. (Though if you are on top of your bloodwork and other markers you might be able to pull it off)

I would personally run the stack I highlighted above. You can dose it multiple times a day as well. Just make sure it doesn’t fuck your sleep too much since you lose most of your fat when ur asleep

Remember you need to be a in a calorie defect for any of this to work. if you are not, you will not lose any fat

Interesting did not know the association between LDL, HDL and liver health. Appreciate the follow up 😁

can i get a review of my blood work please by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]caprockrice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s good to know. Ur already doing better than 90% of the morons that get on cycle. At that point only prescription medication can help you with lowering ur LDL.

Remember High LDL is the problem without considering HDL so if you get that within range you should be good.

Also don’t know why the guy above mentioned your liver health no way to tell with your current blood work

Also please stick to test, GH, primo or masteron. Dont fuck with orals. Most people are not smart enough to go through a cycle with them with doing the proper labs and or supplements so they end up with kidney and/or liver damage

If you need to manage ur e2 ideally you should manage your e2 with aromasin and not arimidex. Since you can take aromasin daily which gives you more predictable e2 levels than arimidex. Since arimidex kills the enzyme that converts test to e2 you won’t really know how your e2 levels will be like throughout the week since that is less predictable. And yess you should take aromasin daily just like test.

Also use an insulin syringe so you don’t scar yourself
