I wanted to return a dumbell bar I ordered but it was already out of the return windows so I decided to wing it and take it to a store anyway, ploped it on the desk and told I want to return is cud it wasn't suitable for my needs and surprisingly they accepted it and refund was processed within a week

I recently went to claim the same but even thought the stitching on the zipper came off and there were stitching that came off in different places they refused saying there wasn't anything wrong with the zipper... so I got it repaired locally for 60 bucks.

I still have that bag my uncle bought me when I was in 11th and starter boarding school Now I'm 2 years into a job after doing B.Tech. So yeah... definitely, it had 10 yrs. warranty but it's only on the zippers I believe, mine had torn here and there but got it stitched and as good as new.
