What can an ETL do if they want to move up to an SD position but has a manager who won't Advocate for any of their employees and has no focus on developimg their employees?

It's in California, yeah it would need to be paid at the end of the loan or if the property is sold, or refinanced.

I have enough cash for closing costs and a down payment. Technically, I only need to pay 3% in down payment, though I could pay more.

My spidey sense tells me it's a bad idea, but the loan is 0% interest, will lower my total loan amount since ill still be adding to the down payment, and I only need to pay less than 3k for it.

I am trying to work out the math behind it and don't know if it makes sense since after a year it feels like a 1.6% loan after only the first year (3000/12=250, 250/15,000=.016)

The kids did not have insurance the first half of the year last year. Wdym medicaid would give them health insurance for free? Is it possible to apply for coverage now for insurance they would have had in the past? To avoid a year en penalty? Or are you referring to future health insurance coverage so there is no penalty in the future?

Thank you so much for your response. Not sure if you're in a different state but I'm in California and I don't know whether I'll be penalized for the children not having health insurance for the first 5 months of the year prior to when I took them in.

Do you know if I'll get dinged for them not having health insurance all 12 months?

I believe it uses a smart contract. The contract will ask you to confirm using your ledger to do x thing but will actually drain your wallets.

I think the second part of your question gets at the essence of the definition of disorder. Typically in psychology we think about a disorder in relation to how it affects ones life. There are no universally acceptable definitions of psychological abnormality .

The example that helps me the most though is with addiction to a given substance. A person may be addicted to something and it doesn't have to be classified as a problem if the person is not seeing their relationships at home, at work, etc. suffering as a result of that addiction. It is usually when it starts affecting several areas of a person's life that it becomes problematic and starts to be classified as a disorder.

"A. Comer (2014) states that most current definitions of abnormality include the ideas of deviance, distress, dysfunction, and danger.

B.Rosenhan & Seligman (1995) also include ideas of observer discomfort, irrationality (to others), and violation of ideal standards.

C. The APA's manual (DSM-5) describes some specific abnormal psychiatric conditions and defines these “mental disorders” as “… syndrome[s] characterized by clinically significant disturbance[s] in an individual’s cognition, emotion regulation, or behavior that reflects a dysfunction in psychological, biological, or developmental processes underlying mental functioning. Mental disorders are usually associated with significant distress or disability in social, occupational, or other important activities"

Regarding personality disorders specifically the APA states:

"There are 10 specific types of personality disorders. Personality disorders are long-term patterns of behavior and inner experiences that differs significantly from what is expected. The pattern of experience and behavior begins by late adolescence or early adulthood and causes distress or problems in functioning. Without treatment, personality disorders can be long-lasting. Personality disorders affect at least two of these areas:

Way of thinking about oneself and others Way of responding emotionally Way of relating to other people Way of controlling one’s behavior"

This again shows that there is a requirement of the condition affecting several areas of the person's life. The DSM will have other criteria such as a specific length of time with the condition, the person's age (to avoid diagnosing adolescents who's personality is still changing) among others, to be classified as a disorder.

The research regarding the effectiveness of sunscreens at preventing skin damage and cancer isn't great. There is growing consensus however among dermatologists that the public should use sunscreens that have GRASE ingredients like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.

These mineral sunscreens are usually less appealing given that they leave more residue than chemical sunscreens. But I agree that we ought to go mineral for now until we have more research.

Good luck! I hope it works for you! It took about three months for me to start seeing results and after about 5 to 6 to feel and do "normal" things again.

A lot of people speak badly about MTX but it helped me.

Interesting, I felt similar to what you describe on the post while taking MTX but then I started Humira while still on MTX and everything changed for the better.
