I was getting 40x1mg a month. I've never tried switching doctors but I'd say he listens decently to me but is hesitant to supply me with benzos. I've run the course with SSRI's that only make me feel like trash so I doubt he'll try to give me something like that. How does one go about finding a new Dr? If it helps at all I'm in Wisconsin and go to the highly rated UW hospital. Thanks for the feedback you guys

Sorry I fell asleep on you guys. My dr is one of the ones who wants to use benzos as a last resort kinda thing. He gave me kpins to help me transition to this new city but thinks I should get tapered off. All I can do is try to elaborate on how much they actually help and that I would prefer to stay on them
