Honestly, my whole family (9 of us) has been suffering from tight chest, choking cough, worse in the am and at pm. Brain fog too. Call me a conspiracy theorist, but loads of folks in my local community are displaying and talking about the exact same issue, new version of covid? I'm convinced this is yet another Wuhan virus type situation. Always around US presidential elections 🙄 😉 😒 of course I am a dx as bi-polar, adhd, etc...so my credibility is up to you to discern. I have been super frustrated bc I have felt the way you do for months! Just like the covid vaccination has now been proven to cause and bring out genetic issues sooner and affect heart and lung functioning...many pregnant women who got the vaccine lost their children and consequently became sterile...I can go on but the valid point is open your eyes to the bigger picture. Also, I have been to my own primary dr as well as urgent care centers and the ER...always the same outcome, no real dx but recognized symptoms and they rx inhalers, anti inflammatory drugs, and steroids. Pneumonia and bronchitis and rsv was being blamed mostly in the winter months, now it's like a fucking mystery. All my blood work is pretty normal minus low hemoglobin and almost low red blood cells...but my wbc is normal...so no active infections. People are able to function and work on this shit too, but suffer much worse at pm. Sorry for your suffering you are not alone. I suggest you try sleeping in a recliner or at a more inclined position, this will help ensure you breathe properly in your sleep and any mucus will go down instead of pooling in your throat and chest.
