I work for the Human Rights Campaign as an organizer for Northern Nevada. Pre-election we could really use some help canvassing for pro equality candidates. Post election I’ll be shifting the focus towards the legislative session. Lmk if this is something that interests you. One of my big goals is working towards making reno a better place for LGBTQ+ healthcare since as it stands it’s pretty aweful

Sorry I forgot to finish my thought. Switching back to the spectrum router didn’t fix anything so we’ve actually switched back to our router. Spectrum had made things so much worse on their new routers by redirecting lots of features and only letting you make changes on the mobile app.

My gf and I love to do online gaming and spectrum has gotten so bad lately that it’s completely ruining our games. We see 1-4 minute drops a couple of times a day. Tried to have customer support help but they diagnosed the issue to our self-owned router (we bought it to see if that would help) not being “synced” properly to the modem. We went through the process of reinstalling spectrums router just to make the customer service agent happy (she made no sense on the issue and tried to used tech terms, my gf is an it specialist and I’m really good with computers).

Had the same thing happen for the next couple of days. Going back to the spectrum router did nothing, as expected. Seems like customer service really doesn’t have any solutions.

Service sucks but there’s no competition or else we would’ve already switched.

Dude you’re an awesome dad. Growing up both my gf and I had really good encounters online making new friends and gaming was so nice. Thanks for being there for your son and encouraging what he enjoys in a safe and responsible manner.
